They are responsible for complex software solutions to support business and personnel processes, e.g. In the areas of finance, controlling, logistics and human resources.
They create the requirements analysis together with the internal customers and advise them on a technological / conceptual basis.
Based on this, you develop the concept, control the development tests, implement and supervise the software solution on its own responsibility.
Comprehensive analysis of the software architecture in the area of corporate services and personnel and further develop them.

The ideal candidate will have experience working with the following;

Essential Skills:

Successfully completed (specialist) higher education in (technical) computer science or successfully completed training with at least four years of relevant professional experience as a developer
Very good knowledge in software engineering and requirements engineering
Very good knowledge in object-oriented programming in Java (Java EE, Spring), database programming and interface technologies (REST)
Good knowledge of quality assurance including the execution of development tests, error correction and documentation, as well as in IT service management (ITIL) and operation

Desirable Skills:

Basic knowledge in project management as well as experience as a project employee or as a project manager
Self-initiative, responsibility, reliability and teamwork, as well as a willingness to train and integrate into new topics
