My client is a company based in Munich and they are currently seeking a Developer/Data Analyst

As a developer/data analyst, you are pursuing the overall goal of taking data analysis to a new level in the construction process.

Your tasks include:

  • Collaboration during the different stages of our software development process (requirements analysis, design, implementation and testing)
  • Close cooperation with product management and key customers
  • Analysis of large databases with regard to customer-specific requirements
  • Developing structures that allow our data products to be better adapted to individual customers
  • Expansion and further development of our machine learning procedures
  • Development of AI-based processes for further data processing
  • Support our development department with data-driven approaches
  • Collaboration with data sourcing, integration of new data sources and products

Essential Skills:

  • Data Analysis, SQL, NoSQL DB's (Oracle, Apache), REST API's, Azure, Matlab or Scala
  • You have the following:
    • Professional knowledge and experience in the field of data analysis, information technology and machine-learning-processes (eg through a content-appropriate study in the field of computer science and/or several years of practical experience)
    • Sound knowledge in the field of data analysis
    • Experience with SQL and NoSQL databases (Oracle, Apache), REST API and Azure
    • Knowledge of Matlab and/or Scala
    • Familiarity with Continuous Integration, Container Virtualization and Microservices
    • Experience with methods like Scrum as well as tools like GitHub and Jira
    • Do not be shy about dealing with large databases, networked information and various complex requirements in the context of corporate information
    • The ability to convey even complex issues as well as the ability to concretize and implement fuzzy requirements with colleagues and customers
    • Responsibility, initiative, dedication to personal development & determination
    • High degree of team spirit and customer orientation
    • Very good written and oral communication skills German and English
